Ahmed Elbastawissy

Ahmed joined Khodeir & Partners after spending over 15 years in the judiciary. He began his career as a corporate lawyer at BNP Paribas Egypt before entering the Egyptian judiciary in 2009, serving as a deputy attorney general for six years and then as a judge in the civil and criminal courts, gaining extensive experience ruling on complex cases. He also served as an execution judge. Ahmed was awarded a scholarship from the École Nationale de la Magistrature in France and completed an internship in the courts and public prosecution of Bordeaux. Ahmed oversees complex litigation matters KP is involved in, drawing on his negotiation expertise as needed.
