She began her career advising clients on arbitration and litigation matters at local prestigious law offices, alongside corporate commercial law issues and due diligence mandates. Hanan is currently a leading member of KP’s Advisory team, handling numerous transactions on both the equity and debt side, and is focused on commercial advisory and transactional work as well as media and data protection.
